| On Friday 19th October 2012 Mount Ararat Ark Mariner | |
| Lodge had the honour and privilege to host the first | |
| RAM team visit in the Mark Province of West | |
| Lancashire. | |
| The Lodge meets at Bryn and is attached to the | |
| Rose & Thistle Mark Lodge No 158 which meets | |
| at Pemberton. | |

| The Lodge was honoured by the presence of the RW | |
| PGM Brother Peter Connolly and some members of | |
| the Provincial team including W Bro Ian Nairn RAMGR | |
| A Prov GM, W Bro Geoffrey H Lee Pr RAMGR Provincial | |
| Secretary, and W Bro Ken Emmerson PrRAMGR Prov | |
| GDC. Also present was W Bro Ken Alker RAMGR | |
| special Representative for the Wigan district. | |

| Brother Andrew McMath Master Elect was installed in | |
| the chair of Mount Ararat Lodge in an exemplary | |
| manor by W.Bro. Martin Stokes. The address to the | |
| master was given in a very sincere and meaningful | |
| way by Bro Frank Cooke PrRAMGR who is also the | |
| scribe of the lodge. There were 37 Royal Ark Mariner | |
| present who after a wonderful ceremony were treated | |
| to an excellent festive board. | |
